    Am interested in meeting, jamming with others - possibly the odd gig.
    Havent played in band for years but have got back into it recently - enjoy Radiohead, U2, bowie, Floyd and all the usual stuff one would expect from someone born in 1963!
    I live in D4 and have the time to give this but please (a) no messers (b) no mad expectations and (c) musicians my own age group preferred

    If you are interested in joining a Country Rock band contact me.
    Stuff like Dwight Yoakam, Vince Gill etc but a bit more rocky.

    We rehearse in Co Wexford, which is about a 45 min drive from Dublin. Our Mandolin player is based in Dublin also.

    We are all adults. I am 35, Cado is in his 40's and Aran is in his 20's.

    Good to see a few fellow 'olds' looking to get back into it.

    36, playing drums since the year dot, all styles, all tastes, anything from progressive (man) to punk. Kept my hand in over the last couple of years by depping (there's a word that shows my age) for drummers in several professional wedding bands, but those kind of gigs really aren't what I like doing.

    However, I won't be looking to do anything until at least next year as I'm currently wrapping up a Masters degree in my 'spare' time.

    Hi there,
    myself and and a few lads (all of a similar age to yourself) get together for a jam session in the Strawberry Hall pub in Lucan most sunday nights.
    Nothing too serious - if we miss a week or dont feel like showing up nobody minds.
    We do a mix of folk, pop, rock - pretty much anything we fancy really.We all sing but its not a pre-requisite.
    If you fancy showing up some night and joining in, go for it. PM me and let me know first and I'll make sure we are going to be there.
