For me its a fold preflop everytime in this position , and thats folding before the raise!!!! You leave yourself out of position with a weak king that more often then not is just going to get you into trouble, what do you do if a king hits?

But i call the flop bet as I think you have implied odds here anyway.

Playing K6 out of position is suicide. What are you hoping to hit? K is no good coz your kickers crap. 6 is not much better as its unlikely to be a 6 high flop. There's to much value placed on suited preflop hands IMO. Your only going to hit a flush 6% of the time and thats if you play right down to the river.

Yeah, I should've folded preflop, but a combination of boredom and the muck-cards I'd gotten up to this had me wanting to see a flop bad. Lack of discipline being my biggest failing, I called it. Was just wondering once I'm in there, and come to seeing the flop, should I have folded to the bet then?

With the nut flush draw and pot odds greater than 4/1 your post flop call was correct....but stay away from crap like K6s

Like others said, fold pf every single time but once you call then yeah your getting the right odds.
