    god, i hope that idea doesn't catch on, imagine if every site insisted on a few euro, it would be time to hang up me auld phone (well okay time to cancel the bb subscription)

    irish independent is www.unison.ie its free but you have to register

    anyone use www.newsnow.net (for those of you who dont i recommend it just type ireland into the box and click on republic of ireland)
    or whatever you want

    well its primarily a newspaper, not a website. if they start giving it away free on the website it'll hurt sales of the paper
