I have a problem with songs appearing under the Artists' name on my iPod. I know the songs are on it (they're under Songs) but when I go to Artist they're not all there. I've tried retyping the artist's names and a afew other things, no luck though!

    Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to edit the id3 tags.

Id3 tags are umm... well tags attached to music files, that hold data about the song, eg. album name, artist, track number, genre etc. iPods use this data to sort the music on your player, so if for example you don't have the Artist tag set on a track then that track won't appear in the list of tracks when you select that artist, even though it's on your player.

Generally speaking you don't have to worry about setting the tags on your files as it's normally done automatically when you rip a CD (providing you're connected to the internet) or if you download your music then the tags are also usually preset. However, if for whatever reason they're not then you should be able to set them manually. I'm not familiar with iTunes though so I can't tell you exactly how to do that.
