What's the fastest turnaround time two solicitors can process a house purchase if need be? Standard Dublin semi. No chain. Cash deal.

Just so you know, it took three weeks from accepted offer to completion. There were a few things, like obtaining complience certs, that held us up. Luckily we didn't have to rely on a mortgage cos that's still being processed and will probably take another couple of weeks.

From the day of the auction to the day we closed was only 5 weeks. This included negotiating our mortgage, processing our mortgage, getting approval, arranging house insurance, arranging life cover including full medicals with hiv/cotinine tests etc, and drawing down mortgage. From what i understand, this is really quick
