Problems burning .bin files

I recently aqcuired the knowldge of how to burn these files to disc. Unfortunatly the last two discs that i burned, the sound quality of the media was scrathy and, basically non existent, with just a loud screeching noise. Is this a common defect. And does anyone know how to burn them onto DVD instead of CD-R, cause maybe…

that sounds more likely ot be a problem with what you were buring rather than how you "burnt" it.

Did you create the "bin" file yourself? If so how?, if not where did you get it?

Bin file could have been corrupt.
