Looking at buying ufh pipe and manifolds etc from Aquatech in Cork. They sell track and plastic staples for fixing. The plastic staples look like they will fix the pipe and track to the high density insulation underneath. They also sell a "Heavy Duty Staple Tacker" tool for these staples. Looking at buying ufh pipe and manifolds etc from Aquatech in Cork. They sell track and plastic staples for fixing. The plastic staples look like they will fix the pipe and track to the high density insulation underneath. They also sell a "Heavy Duty Staple Tacker" tool for these staples.

Two questions for anybody who has used such products:

1. Is the tool necessary? It costs 198Euros (I have 145 square metres to do).

2. How many clips per square metre are required approx?
