    I heard Howard Lederer on the circuit talk about this and his point was that if your a tournament poker player then if you can't play in WPT then you struggle to make a living, he also said they were doing for unknowns, if someone signs up and wins WPT event and WPT start using there image rights then that may stop them signing sponsorship deals which costs them money so in a sense he and the others are doing for the other pros who can't afford not to play.

    WPT says they will not use there image rights in anyway, wonder why they bother putting it in the contract then.

    Check out what Daniel Negreanu thinks about the lawsuit. He makes a few good points.

    It is the one dated 29/07 about Rocky. Starts off slow but he talks about it after about 2 mins
