awful advert! The punchline isn't funny and the actors are so irritating. Looks like it cost them a few bob though, pity they didn't spend some more on writing the script!

Yeah I liked the previous series of ads but this one seemed to be lacking script-wise. There shouldn't give as much lines to the bad actors and focus more on the visual and situational comedy.

Easy babylon! Keep comments for the ad itself to avoid creating possible ruptions.

Yeah I think they have taken this series of adverts a bit too far... Too much of a good thing.. The earlier ads were humerous and different but they are straining a bit now... Anyone here actually drink Amstel??

It all depends on who they are marketing the ads for...

A word of warning to those that produced the recent Amstels Noahs Ark add.

Keep your warnings and threats for the Christianity Forum.

That Amstel Noah’s ark add had very much to with Christianity, It was very offensive to Christian believers as it made light of the Word of God in the book of Genesis and I had every right to voice an opinion on it in the marketing forum where the thread was placed.

Anyway for it to be used for something as low as Amstel beer that would eventually be pissed up against a wall makes matters worse!! In my former days of drinking I would have preferred Heineken.

    What Christianity forum?
Im already blocked from it for voicing my opinions without even getting a pm warning. From what I can gather there is only one professed Christian mod running it and the rest are not. (no offense). There is absolutely no seperate forum for accommodation fundamentalist Christian issues or bible study, I have only seen one lad attempting to organise it. Its a bit of a joke.

    Yes I do.

Threatening others with your own beliefs is not really setting a Christian example.

There is provision in the Christianity forum for just this. You mention in the first line of your thread what you wish to discuss, and you ask athiests and trolls to stay away. The Mods do the rest, it was recently decided upon during a discussion between Athiests and Believers.

Getting back on topic, it was a brilliant marketing plan. And it's ended up being discussed with heat in this particular forum, so the team behind the concept are obviously happy. They say bad publicity is the best form of free publicity! I wonder if they'd get away with doing the Cruxifiction next, after all, if Monty Python could do it, why the hell not? "I'm hanging for a pint ..." ;)

I think that is an argument ender....

Anyway I personally think the ads are quite good, while the product may not be up to much, the ads will increase their popularity amongst young people.

Good work to the marketing company who came up with the series.
