Ok, so I got back from holidays, and sure yeah, I got a little burnt but this has cleared away fine.... but I cant stop the painful Itching. It's like a sharp pin sensation followed by an itch. It's on both my shoulders and to my back. I've already had severely sleepless nights last week and I thought this might have cleared by now. I bought some Antihistamines pills under the suggestion of my dad. Two days of a 7 day course hasn't giving me much relief yet. I've tried the usual creams like Souder-cream etc..... but I'm at the point where I just want to have a mental breakdown. Too much work on means I cant make time for the doc, Typical fellow I know. Any ideas or alternative remedies?

Drink lots and lots and lots of water. You've burnt your skin, drying out your cells and causing itching. Make sure you keep very well hydrated and try not to scratch too much!

Also, calamine lotion helps relieve the itching too.

Ah ok, but the sunburn is away the past 2weeks now! I've a small tan left. :D I'll try the Calamine lotion.... and stay Hydrated. Thanks.
