Well first of all dont like that call preflop it is definately a losing call overall. and really the only thing someone can be drawing to is a flush, unless you think they could have trips....
For me I bet pot I dont want any cheap draws and It is highly unlikely they are both chasing for a flush card.

Personally I dont like much about your play so far this hand. What was your logic behind the huge turn bet?Why not just give them bad odds to draw while maximising your potential profit?Dyou get called!?

Well if a diamond or spade falls on river i have to shut down.If the board pairs i have to shut down. I felt if i pot it they'll call so i jammed it.

I was perfectly happy to take the pot down there and then.I got called alright from a set which rivered a house.

They might have been less inclined to call a pot size bet then an all in bet imo,

The all in bet looked like a desperation bet so the guy with trips probably thought he was well ahead and rightly so. I dont think the guy with trips was getting away from that hand regardless, but if you played it like i suggest you might not have lost what you did.

if i pot it on the turn i think he's coming over the top anyway.Tough not to call on river if he pushes river after smooth callling turn cuz there'd be so much money in middle $220 odd and he'll have only $90 behind

How can you call the bet on the flop and then say this? You are not getting near the odds to hit a gutshot and the only thing that would make it +ev is if you factor in your implied odds. Now that you've hit your miracle card you can't be happy just taking the pot as it is.

Unless you were planning on floating 2 people! Dont think I've tried that! :)

Yeah i was tilting after I lost a buyin with AA on a A99 board to flopped quads.I totally agree my play was horrendous but after realising i got very lucky i just wanted it over with. OOOPSI. That'll teach me to get my money in ahead in future.:D

I'm a pretty sick man. Its kinda funny that in 10 mins today i managed to go on the worst run in 4 yrs of online poker.

If it wasnt for me they'd be all good beats

I think you stank the joint up on every street :).

You call 14 on the flop with a gutshot straight draw, on a twoflush board, and then when you manage to hit the nuts you scare the bejaysus out of your potential payoffs.

You got 4:1 on the flop (I think), but you need 11:1 to make your hand profitable. So you now need to get paid 7*14 = 98 (on average) to make this a good play.

And thats not quite right either, as you really only have 3 outs (the 3 non-spade 7s). So 41:3 ... or 13.66:1.
Thats an average payoff of 14*9.66 = 135.24.

Not counting the redraws that some/all of your opponents might have.

    Chip:
You were very lucky that one of your opponents had a set ... and that said opponent plays VERY VERY VERY badly (checking the set on the turn).

But you had no evidence to believe that one of your opponents had a set, and realistically the only hand that can call your shove is a set. So you tried your best to make no money, but managed to get your money in good, and got outdrawn.

Yeah I'll be the first one to admit i didnt play it well.Kinda funny that when i tried to bail out of the pot with the best hand I only succeeded in losing more. But as you said money went in ahead so i can only be happy in that respect :) I'm not though at all
