How to disable subscriptions?

You can delete or disable the current ones but how do I make it so that I never get notifications?

Go to User CP-> List Subscriptions and tick the box beside whichever thread you wish to change notification for. Select "No Email Notification" from the Selected thread menus. Picture below to help you out.

Or go to User CP->Edit Options->Default Thread Subscription Mode
