    Can you your college password?

Drop down to IS Services in Aras an Phiarsaigh between 10am and 5.30pm to have it changed.

Funny story about passwords being changed. A friend of mine (let's call him JG) found his internet account locked and, while IS services were looking into it, another friend (let's call him Thump) let him use his account. Now I don't know how many of you use any of the macs on college but you're able to set your own wallpaper on them. One evening JG logged on as Thump and set the wallpaper to a very graphic image of a man doing his sex wee on some unfortunate woman's face. The next day, during a much busier time, Thump logged in from a mac in a prominent position in the room...

He wasn't long in getting his password changed.

    Roffle :D

I'm pretty sure if you just log into your SIS on the local home page you can change it from there?

your password is stored in a range of places, you can change it for logging in by just going to the ctrl-alt-del menu on any windows machine on the network. they have a webpage for changing your password for the proxy to access the web and another for changing your webmail password.

though if you ever get an account in another part of college(read cs) , you'll end up with your original password that ISS gave ye....
