Camping in Ireland

Have any of you got any good recommendations of places to camp in Ireland, camping sites or just good places to go? Im in Dublin, don’t fancy going too far ie Donegal or something. Also, I heard before that camping sites are very strict…no noise, no late night sing songs by the camp fire :) etc, is this true with them all?
