Confusing road signs

I was down in Curracloe Wexford last weekend and came across this sign just after the village on the road to the beach. Wexford County Council seem very blasé with speed limits.* *most likely local lads having a laugh, but funny all the same.

Please tell the Roads Department of Wexford County Council so that they can fix it.
As you mentioned, it is probably someone messing, turning one sign 180 degrees.
