Uploading data

Hi all,need help uploading my weather data to a host site or server to show my weather data live for the lads on the Weather forum here on boards.
What would i need to do here?FTP server?
Im stuck here.
Is there some sort of free site i could host/use to do this sort of thing.

All sugestions welcomed.

It has to go live(updated every minute or so)basically set and forget.
I upload pics atm but very monotamus and need to have it doing it on autopilot.
Its a lightning detector that i use and when i get around to uploading a screenshot some more lightning strikes would happen making the upload out dated.
