    I just spotted this ad on the telly called the "Personal Cooling System". Who in their right minds would wear something like this, looks like a shock collar! I can see the lawsuits now.
    "Argh this thing is choking me, get it off!!":)

    ok...now to bring something intelligent to this thread. Because it works...thats why...spent 3 yrs in arizona in the US. the summers are 45degrees....this thing looks dumb, but made life much better. great for the golf course.

    I also saw them in AZ [they really do work] and when I came back I saw them for sale in SF Cody's Emporium in Arnotts and wondered who would need it in Ireland!
