When is it worth calling A4 off suit for example? Shorthanded in late position only? Basing this on early in a single 9 table tourney - eg first 10 hands? What about good old A10 off suit? If I'm in late position and its folded to me I would never call with these hands, only raise. Being first in (and raising) is fairly important to me with these troublesome hands.
