Was thinking of getting plantation shutters for the windows,don't know much about them only what I see in brochure, has anyone had them installed or recommend a company that supply and fits them. Thanks.

look for a stockist of shuttercraft plantation shutters.

avoid luxaflex plantation shutters, they are prone to cracking due to poor joints between the uprights and the louvres (slats).

There seem to be more and more companies doing shutters. They're generally imported from low cost economies. If you want them in a hurry you should try http://www.tradeshutters.ie/. They make them here in Ireland.
