yeah only gave it a quick go myself. The intros grafics are awesome. game play is not bad. it felt similar to Dynasty Warroirs in some ways.

Is it from the same devs as Dynasty Warriors? It's very veeeeeery similar.

Mindless button bashing fun, I played it till my fingers hurt. There's really not much else to say about the gameplay!

However, I really like what they've done with the technology. Where other devs have been saying 'lets keep the game roughly the same, and use that extra power to individually model the strands of hair on the hero's head and beads of sweat on his brow!', these devs have said 'lets stick with basic graphics and use that power to create the most chaotic, action packed, crazy scenes possible!'. I don't care if the scenery looks like a PSone game, being in the thick of hundreds of soldiers all visibly individually moving and fighting each other on screen is spectacularly next-gen to me.

I wouldn't buy the game because of the repetitiveness but it's a nice demo to dip into.

downloaded the demo last night, was looking forward to playing it since i seen it a few months ago! turns out it actually wasn't good at all, got very boring after about 2 mins of play time! not impressed at all! :(

I thought it was pretty damn cool, and the girlfriend really enjoyed it too. I would consider a purchase just for a bit of mindless chaos, pending reviews.

I got my ass handed to me playing this game, I thought it was rock hard

I played it bout 3 times and never finished the demo.

Was hugely impressed by the cut scenes at the start and the sheer volume of bad dudes on the screen.

That did make it impossible for me to pick out the tougher enemies and concentrate on them though.

Camera was a little close in for my liking aswell, especially when surrounded by so many enemies

I couldn't finish it either, though there is a way of zooming the camera out if I remember right, click the right joystick I think?

yeah teh camera does move out a bit but just a bit.

It wouldn't put me off buying the game or anything but if i was on the dev team i would have had a further out camera that's all
