Photoshop keeps closing down?

    Hi,

    Having a little trouble with Photoshop CS2. It keeps closing itself down! No error messages or save dialog boxes - just back to the desktop with all work lost (the files do not appear on the Recent list on restart either). Running on 1 gig of RAM so that shouldn't be a problem. WinXP. I would suspect a virus etc. but the computer is not connected to the net and never has been! It mostly seems to happen when I'm typing into a text box and has previously worked with no problems. Any suggestions?

    Try checking your error log at: control panel/administrative tools/event viewer

    If PS is causing an error it should post it there.

    If there is one there at the time that PS closed down then post it here.
