Okay, I was out cycling on a bike lane and this guy on a bike too was listening to his ipod [ ] decided to cycle into my path suddenly and just stop there. [ he was looking down and coming in the opposite direction] I tried to press the brakes but i was going too fast and ended up flying through the air and on the floor on top of him. My legs were covered in blood but at least the guy apologized I was too much in shock to be anrgy with him... I'm stull pretty shaken I could have landed on my head or something

    Anyway...

Does anyone have any tips about what to do when your legs swell out from an injury?? My mom wants me to go down to a and e but I'm not that bad. I've no acess to a doctor and I know this is not a medical forum. It's disgusting I can barely move my legs with the pain and took nurafen plus but even thats not taking the pain away. I'm getting seriously worried
