Has anyone been watch ing this, it's so good. And I'm suprised it was made into a tv programme. Basically Penn & Teller Discuss Bull**** ideas/beliefs. PETA, Creationism, ESP, Talking to the Dead, Alternative Medicine, ALien Abductions etc etc.

I love it, it's so funny. And the use of bad language owns me :)

Great show! Saw the one about mediums talking to the dead, it was brilliant.

Also saw the one about circumcision which was really interesting, definitely got me thinking about it differently!

its pretty good, their argument against gun control made me cringe and was full of twisted statistics still pretty interesting though

its still on FX most nights

Well I don't have a pee pee, but if I did it was in a 'get that scalpel away from me you crazy freak' kind of way.

Caught a few episodes last night actually. Found it quite good. I never watch FX possibly due to its poor position on the Sky EPG but that show is worth watching alright.

Massive bump, I know, but it's the most recent thread on the show that I could find in here.

Anyway, did anyone catch last weeks episode? The one about 'New Age Medicine'?

My god, it was hillarious. I must've lauged out loud about 10 times, at least. From the invisible dick on that guys chest to the two women trying to explain their trade with Penn yelling out FÚCK! on numerous occasions, to the woman who looked like Christopher Walken.

It really was one of the funniest episodes ever.

    Love that show.
Really makes you think about things in a different way. Especially the Recycling and The Genetically Modified food episodes, and the one about having "The best" things.

I already knew ghost hunters and ESP and stuff were bull****, so those episodes aren't as interesting.

thought from the title this was going to be slating them, quality.

use to love them years ago as well with their magic show

Its a really good show, but when they start targeting your commonly held beliefs it can get a little unsettling :p

Gun control and recycling for starters... still, you gotta take both sides and they do tend to present pretty good arguments...

    Really good show, either way.

Just watched "New Age Medicine" last night - absolutely cracking installment. I was almost gob-smacked by the crystal (disco) lights lady's setup (and her Hare Krishna blanket). The various names they for the nurse were hilarious as was pretty much the whole show - up to the final "magic act".

It's a show that not many people seem to watch, which is a shame. As much fun as it was watching them tear idiots apart, it's also interesting to see them present arguments on more serious topics - they're often quite polemical but they're more entertaining than Moore and generally seem equally well researched.

Teller speaks quite a bit actually.
After the show and stuff, apparently.
And of course when he's giving a lecture.

Great show, just watching the Bible episode atm. The Wal Mart episode is excellent and they make some interesting points. Shame it's always on over here so late.

Still can't find it in the usual places, though. :o

finally up... about 30 hours late..i know it's a free service and all, so complaining is useless and a little unfair.. but god damn. this episode better not suck.

    Dolphin assisted births. LOL

That woman charging $2,000 for Dolphin dancing was some charlaton.

It's amazing that there are people stupid enough to buy into these things.

Can't say I agree with everything they say, but it's a great show none the less! I've watched loads of episodes online

The best bit is when they give a guy $100 to get a colonic irrigation and they record it :p

Irrigation woman: "So why are you getting this procedure done?"
Guy: "Well I've heard it has certain health benefits..........etc etc etc waffling"
[Flashing up on the screen, ***$100***, and cha-ching sound]

    :D

Haven't watched it in a while, but one that sticks out in my mind is PETA. They nailed them :D

This weeks episode was a bit good. I loved the guy they sent to Vegas. He was just so frank about everything. No bullsh[ítting around with that particular man. The woman trying to explain her 'cancer-healing' infared blanket-thingy was the highlight, though. She didn't have a fecking clue!

I was watching that yesterday afternoon. Great episode and it was $500 they gave him which he was putting toward financing his zombie film, which a quick imdb search shows that it has yet to be made.

LOL I remember that, a zombie film :D

He'll have to get a few more colonics to be able to afford it I'd say :p
