Is there an age limit on the car? With your budget instead of getting a average Micra, Polo etc you could get a mint MK1 Fiesta, tidy RWD Starlet, Kadett, Fiat 127 etc

i'd agree with this one but its hard to 1.0L cars as everyone wants them for the cheap tax and insurance as well as learners wanting them
