UK Channels gone missing on NTL Digital

Has anyone else lost BBC1, BBC2, ITV, and C4 from their NTL digital box? they disappeared last night, and haven't come back. Everything else is working fine.

I've just come back from a week away and am having the same problem. All I have is the Irish stations but not RTE1 and no UK channels. No amount of resetting is solving this. Any suggestions.
