Best IT Request / Helpdesk software?

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone had any opinions related to the above? We're looking for something web-based for multiple clients on multiple sites to log their IT requests. We would prefer to host this on our server if possible. I'm looking to find out what people are using so i can try it out.. Any help is appreciated

We run a program from Client Solutions Called Magic 8 now Service Desk Express 9 I believe.

Its class, easily without doubt the best Helpdesk package ive seen, and the support from Client Solutions is top quality as-well.

First of all its very big you can a hell of a lot with the package and link it will all sorts of other add-ons, its also very ITIL based so it makes sense and you can see the logic behind all of the tasks. Its also highly configurable and runs on Crystal reports. At the moment we are using it for Asset management, workflows and Helpdesk and Id say we are using about 40% of its actual features.

I dont work for Client Solutions or Magic or any of that craic, but honestly I think its without a doubt the best solution I have ever worked with.
