    How can companies like Perlico get away with advertizing Unlimited BB in their flyer when it has a D/L cap on it

    I'd say what the mean is there's no time limit on those two packages. It is miss-leading though, just like most broadband advertising. Digiweb currently have ads for Metro Lite "with no catch", except the catch is it's only available in a few areas in the whole country.

    The ASAI are usually pretty good at their investigations too, they reply in writing to all complaints too.
