That was not my intention and it lets him off easy. What I thought was going to happen was that Polski would create his land-of-free-speech and it would be descended on by MCD complainers triggering MCD to issue legal letters to him.

Thats an awful lot scarier then porn pics etc as noone is going to take you to court over them.

This was specifically about Polski's challenge that we had no balls and rolled over. Personally I think its a troll but if he wants to troll his way into court, let him.
