Transport from airport to small towns

I have a few folk coming over from the UK in a couple of months. Most will fly into Cork & Waterford airports, with one or two using Dublin. Unless I want to spend my time driving in a circle between all 3 airports getting them here and then back again for their return flights, I need to find some way of getting transport available without it costing an arm and a leg. Are there any minibus hire firms around the airports (any of the 3 airports) that you could hire for a day for instance to keep people on the move, or can anyone suggest any other sensible method?

Where is the destination? Are the people willing to use public transport? Have you tried a minibus firm near you?

Destination: Cork/Waterford county boundary. There aren't any minibus hire places near me (or not according to golden pages)

    From Dublin Airport:

"Rapid Express" (JJ Kavanagh) serves Waterford.

Aircoach serves Cork (transfer to Cork bus in Westmoreland Street)

Get them all to go to Cork or Waterford. Aer Arann and Ryanair both do Cork-Dublin. Aer Arann are the only one to serve Waterford, but not from within Ireland.

Thanks all. I'll forward Victor's links.

Nearest I can get with buses is Dungarvan - an improvement on Cork/Waterford. I'm trying to make it as easy on them/cheap as poss. as they don't know Ireland at all, but equally I don't want to leave folk hanging around for hours at one airport whilst I drive between the three. I already told them to get to Cork or Waterford in preference to Dublin but some airports in UK (esp North) don't fly anywhere nearer. I'm hoping a couple of the southerners will get the ferry so can do a pickup from Waterford for me on their way through. :D

There is an hourly bus Waterford-Dungarvan-Cork. a frequent coach from Cork airport to the bus station links with it.

There is no bus service to Waterford Airport.
