Dual Tuner?

I recently bought a computer that has Media Centre on it and I'm about to purchase a TV Tuner card so that I can get the full use from MC. A friend of mine has suggested that I get one of these.

Thing is though, as I'm using an LCD TV as the monitor is their any point in getting a dual tuner TV card, cos if I'm recording TV through the card I can be watching another channel through the LCD.

Is their benifits from using a dual tuner that I'm not aware of?

    Cheers.

youd be doing it all through one rempote for a start.
    one epg etc.

you can also record 2 channels at once, whicle watching a previously recorded channel.

Cheers. Wasn't sure if he was over-speccing it or not.
