Packard Bell Recovery

    I'm trying to run a packard bell recovery disk.... Long story!!! It asks for my systems serial number but will only let type one number, the cursor flashes but won't go any further. So little help please guys! Otherwise I'm going to see how well it flies

    I had a similar problem with a colleagues PB pc. Took a while to find the solution and for the life of me I cannot remember how to do it.
    The Packard Bell forums are full of info and you will find what you need...might just take a while. If you Google the issue you should get somewhere...its how I sorted it.
    Sorry I can't remember the solution but my old brain is failing :D
