That's odd I don't have NTL but I'm pretty sure it is supported did you follow the setup procedure correctly ?

Try running through it again, it should be on the list of service providers did you also you setup the link between the STB (NTL box) and the IR Blaster (MCE infrared interceptor) ?

Just so you know you can shape the channels to your liking by going into the settings->TV->Guide->Edit Channels from here you can untick channels you don't have and reassign the channel number so it matches up with the number on your NTL STB.

Edit: Do you have update roll up 2 for MCE installed along with the latest updates from Windows Update ?

After installing roll up 2 and downloading all the updates from Windows Update run the setup wizard again as certain stuff may only be available with the latest software installed.

You have to manually map all of the channels. Ireland only has "Unmapped digital channels" which basically means the channels are not mapped to any specific service provider. (other Countried have different options, instead of unmapped, eg London NTL, London Sky etc. which are mapped for each specific service). It's a DIY job in Ireland unfortunately.

Im guessing you either havent used or updated MCE since November last year!

EPG is available for both NTL analog and NTL digital with no mapping required. Setanta EPG is missing for some reason, but is mapped.

Run the MCE wizard completely from scratch, wipe the old settings and you will have the EPG no problem.

I didn't realise they had created the individual mappings.

My MCE is constantly updated, but as I already have the channels mapped I've had no need to go and look. It's nice to know i'll save an hour next time I have to re-install though.

Yea, NTL digital was a frickin nightmare before they mapped the EPG. You could spends hours mapping the stations!

Now you just select "NTL Digital, Dublin) and away you go.
