Can't get in contact with Ryanair

I booked flights through Ryanair online about two months ago, got to the confirmation page and all that. However I never recieved an email. Tried to salvage the confirmation page from my internet History to get the flight code, but couldn't get the page up. Off to the phone I go...

When I rang them initially, their voicemail said they had problems sending emails and were fixing the problem. Grand, I thought... but the email never arrived.

There's no email to contact them with on their website, so ever since then I've had to constantly ring them. Because every time I do, I get the voicemail our phone lines are extremely busy...

This is a really small problem that would take two minutes to sort out. Are there any alternative ways to contact them? The flight is in three weeks or thereabouts so naturally I'd like to have everything ready.

You could try on the Ryanair.com website, click Change/Reconfirm flights underneath the Search for Cheap Flights button on the left of the webpage. It will ask you to enter your credit or debit card to retrieve your booking. Hope that helps.

You need the confirmation code aswell as the credit card number. :(

Well all you can do is keep trying, give the UK number a call maybe or drop into Dublin Airport. :(

I know its a bit late in the day, but it is handy to print out a copy of the confirmation page.

This happened to me before that I didn't receive the email so I am extra cautious these days.

I know, expecially with Aer Lingus, that they don't even ask for the code now, all they need is your passport. I haven't flown with Ryanair in a while so I can't remember.

ever wondered how Ryanair can claim that they have one of the lowest complaints per 1000 passengers of the main airlines? Cos they make it nigh on impossible to get in touch with them....

They can give you the code at the Ryanair desk in Dublin Airport.

I really want to assure that I have these flights booked. Suppose I'll have to trek into Dublin Airport now. :(

    Disappointed with Ryanair for this.
