I just got fired from my job (my first time being fired)
and I'm a little confused by the terms in which I was fired for.
first of all It was in a sales position, i completed the weeks training, and just had my first week in the shop.
I was getting sales the whole time, being friendly, helping people with problems, and keeping on my toes (as you do when you start a job)

I was told today that "it isnt working out, and we think your still a bit too shy to work here"
now I know for a fact that i talked to every person who walked into that store, and was selling over my range
I was getting on well with my co-workers, basically im confused
It was my first week, I was supposed to be in training the whole month in the store, and they hadnt even given me codes for the computers, so how could they track my sales?
please tell me im not crazy, and think this is a bit weird?

Sounds iffy. Doubt the reason you were let go is for what they told you if it was a week you'd been working there.

Probably something personal or you had a different image to the company in question. No biggy plenty of other fish in the sea, best thing to do is move on and not let it get you down.
