I'm looking to get an alarm for my car. I've heard about alarms with a microwave sensor or something that detects when someone is near to your car and beeps. Are these expensive? Any recomendations on one? Any places people would recommend getting them fitted?

    Cheers.

The Microwave sensor is the same as a proxy sensor from a clifford alarm!!

Falcon have the Microwave sensor but I would make sure I got the DUal Zone one the alarm is the "EVO4+" system.

Clifford have a dual zone aswell!! They have many differnt types of alarms!!

    Try the following links..

www.emotionautostyling.com (Ring him and tell him Jonny sent you) ;) He does the Falcon Alarms!!

    www.motovation.ie/web

    www.besecure2000.com
www.autoaudio.ie If you are an active member on www.cruisearound.ie you get a discount with this fella!!

There is a place called A.P.A. out in Clondalkin that do the cliffords and they are the best in the business for fitting them AFAIR!!!
