    Anyone know how this compares to lecturing ?

    Any ideas of salary scales, work hours etc?

    Same pay rates as their other colleagues in VEC schools - the Common Basic Scale.
    Same as Primary and Secondary teachers.

    I think there may be a pay claim in, though personally I think it would be very divisive, as having taught in both sectors, I know which one is harder.
