    Heres some interesting bits -

    *SPOILERS*
time may not be passing on the island at the same rate as off the island. The question was asked about the amount of time that has passed on the island in the first two seasons at which point Damon interrupted and said that's assuming that time is passing on the island at the same rate that it is in the outside world.
The literal translation of the hieroglyphics according to Damon Lindelof is "Underworld"
There will be a major revelation midway through the season that Lindelof said will either blow you away or make you say the show has jumped the shark.

There will be an extra on the DVD of every nick name sawyer has used cut together into one clip

And season three, episode 1, is entitled
    "The Tale of Two Cities."

I have to say i LOL when i read that last one about the nick name clips. I would buy the DVD boxset just for that.
A major revelation eh? I'm usually pretty impressed everytime they reveal something big so hopfully it'll be a good 'un.

If anyone's been following the hansofoundation.org or thelostexperience.com, they would have heard that Rachel Blake turned up at ComiCon, and fired questions at them all.

The "Underworld" translation is interesting. Perhaps it directs the Hatch occupants to go to the "underworld" i.e. underneath the compound, and activate the failsafe....
Regarding the big midway revelation-what does Lindelof mean by"jumped shark? Gone mad/daft??Or what...
Also,"A Tale of Two Cities"; might refer to the Two communities on the Island- the Losties and Others...
    Anybody have any other thoughts?

When a show Jumps the Shark it is the moment when the show starts to go downhill.

It comes from the episode of Happy Days when Fonzie jumped a shark on a motorbike (or something to that effect)

ww.jumptheshark.com - is a pretty good site for more info.

Interestingly enough on that site Freaks and Geeks has an overwhelming amount of votes saying that it never jumped the shark.
