It aint gonna happen. Just speaking with people here and there are all sorts of problems with this publicity stunt. Personally I find it funny, but also degrading to our game and to us as players. We are trying to convince people its a game of skill and here they are putting a poo-throwing monkey into the mix. Is that how they think of us? Trained chimps? I can tell you I wont be signing up.

Anyway, I spoke to the Press Relations Director here (Nolan Dalla) and he said it aint going to happen for the simple reason that the chimp needs to be 21 with valid id.

I would have thought "and human" could be added on the end of that.

Put him on tilt by eating a bannana in front of him. I just find this hilarious but also agree that monkeys like women* should not be allowed play poker.

Note: Women is the tribal name given to a north Australian group of wombats that mate during high season and have a fondness for poker
