Video converter

At the moment i use VideoRA converter to convert video files for my ipod. The only problem is that when i watch movies, as the film goes on i always find the audio and video are way out of sync (and it just gets worse as the film goes on) Is this a common problem and does anyone know a way to fix it? I use videoRA too but dont think I have ever converted something over an hour long, I use it for tv shows and have never had any latency problems though.

Yeah i know. Its grand for TV shows and stuff like that but for anything thats over an hour/ hour and a half you really start to notice the audio lagging

Will this be coming available on windows??
It gets ennoying with films on the ipod... I have the same probelm and I use videora...
