A friend of mine wants me to extract some pictures from an exe file of a family reunion, containing pictures and text.
He doesnt have a pc and he wants to put the images onto DVd as a slideshow.
Anyone know any program that will extract images from the exe ?

what sort of exe has pictures of a family reunion?

are you sure the pictures arent stored separately in a folder.
another option would be simply to printscren the images

How do pictures become embedded in an executable file?

ISObuster is what I use to recover stuff from just about anything, or you could maybe try changing the file extension to something that a graphical viewer can render (not sure about this)
