College Credability - Employers Opinions

Hi, I'm going back to college to get a diploma and then degree in my relevant area of work. I'll be doing this part time at night and I was just wondering what people (especially those in the hiring and firing business) think of the awarding bodies of what I will be studying.

I'll be doing a business diploma in DBS as it's one year, but it's awarded by the Institute Of Commercial Management.

I had planned to do it in NCI (National College Of Ireland) in the IFSC, which is awarded by that college, but unfortunatly it's 2 years part-time.

    So my question is:
1/ Which do you think is a better/more credible awarding body...NCI or ICM?
2/ Do you/ Would an employer rate ICM?
3/ In your opinion, would it be better to do the extra year and have the diploma awarded by NCI?

The degree I plan on doing after in DBS is awarded by John Moores University in Liverpool, so it'll be irrelivant once I get my University degree in business, but I'll be working off the diploma for 3 years once I get it, so I'm just curios to see what people think.

    Thanks.
