Just off the phone to Dave Masters in the land of Vegas and he has no internet accsess as he said is doin well in the $2000 event at the mo there was 1800 entrys and he said he is goin well at the mo and is well above average ... more info i get the more ill post just waitin to see how many left at the mo... Andy Black also in this event and think dave said 16 irish in toal all still in..

Dave just had Aces cracked and got his stack up to 3200 after that hand with a startin stack of 2k

He was just knocked out in a bad beat , A/J in his hand flop was J high and he bet and another guy went All in and dave called other guy turrned up J/10 and hit 7 on the turn and 8 on river to fill runner runner straight ...Finished in 395 about ...

hi guys yes just gone in the 2k event. i got my aces cracked early on v 1010. all in on flop to see a big fat red 10 hit the turn. im fooked with 425 chips but manage to get my stack back up to 3500. then another small pot gave me 4800 so im flying. ive got the button. villan makes it 400 to see flop i squeeze aj sooted.now id normally fold this hand but villan has raised at least 10 times since being moved to the table. flop comes J73. he bets 1k i reraise all in he calls without even thinking about it. he turns 10 J and gets runner runner 9 8 for the straza.money in the middle and im miles in front. a little disgusted but sure theres always 2 moro. the next event im playing is the 1500 no limit on tuesay. having a great time except the weather.....its 2 bleedin hot.

sitting here feeling sorry for myself ordered a burger and fries and a bottle off vodka but they wouldnt send up a rope. wow this burger is big typical yanks. thanks nic ur right get them out off the way. going to head to the bellagio and see if i can find a nice cash game. cheers nic.

Guys. Can we use this therad or another one as a sticky for everyone in Vegas to keep in touch, cos I haven't a clue what everyone else is doing from day to day. Met up with Karlh and Tom at Paris ast night. They both both killed the 1-2 tables (I broke even).
