    I've been seeing my boyfriend for 3 months and we love each other, only problem is the distance. We are in college together but live in opposite ends of the country (im from laois and he is from donegal). Next year I will be repeating but we both know he might not be coming back to college. How can our relationship last if im in college and he is working in donegal? Neither one of us want to end this but when we talk about it we both go silent. Help!

    Truth is, long distance relationships hardly ever work. There are already so many threads on this about them. I'm not saying I wont work, but in my own opinion its unlikely. Where do you go to college?

    I'm in college in maynooth doing biotechnology! he said that he definately will visit cause he doesnt want to lose me. i couldnt imagine being without him!
