I'm flying over to London today. You can get Sterling from the ATM in Dublin airport. Is it better to get it here or from an ATM when I land or will I be ripped off either way?

One of my friend's says she changes her money in Marks & Spencer and that they don't charge commission, just a straight swap

I was in Aberdeen last week - and Thomas Cook and quite a few other travel agents don't charge you commission over there
