How do i get my 100mb webspce on utv

ive been with utv for a good while now and i know there is an offer of 100mb webspce for being a customer..but i dont know how to actually get it..does any one know how to get it?

I'm not with UTV anymore, but when I was, there was a hard copy form that needed to be signed before they activated the space.
