Ebay query

    Hey i just got something on ebay today and i am going to pay it by postal order. It is from UK so i was wondering must i have postal order in sterling or will the equivalent euro amount do? if not how do i go about getting a postal order in sterling?

    The Post Office will do it, but it'll cost ya.

    I would guess it would have to be in sterling. Ask them if they would accept a bank draft for UK sterling. I'm not sure how an post do it. Btw theres an Online Buying/Auctions forum for this sort of stuff.

    I'm not sure. My dad bought a dvd on ebay and the seller requested a sterling postal order. The value was about £7 and the postal order cost about a fiver so it added a lot on. Depends on the value, really.
