Hi all, I currently looking to change jobs. I'm a VB develpoer with 5 years experience. Contacted a few agencies, one mentioned a senior programming role with Citigroup. Haven't done an interview or anything yet but he mentioned a 3 hour technical test. Anyone know what to expect here? Cheers, Les
