    does anyone remember the name of this cartoon...(i apologise for the bad and vague description)

    it was probably early 90's. it was set on a tropical island where all the goodies lived but off the shore there was a ship that had all the badies on it. dunno what the badies were trying to do but the ship the lived on and it was polluting the area IIRC... cant remember the name of it for the life of me!!
