Ntl 6mb line. €40 per month. 17:1 contention ratio. Works fine

Im on eircom and its fine, no problems with live. My brother is on bt, had a bit of a problem with opening NAT on the router they gave him. Which meant that he had problems connecting to players etc. although I had a spare eircom router around which I knew how to use so its ok now. Ive called customer support for both providers and I have to say that esat bt is by far the better one, when you ring the bt one youll be talking to some one in a minute or two, but with eircom you could be there for an hour till you speak to anyone at all. Eircom connction ratio is better though, although id probably go for esat BT to be honest.
