I have two hard drives.. I tried to move stuff to the other drive. but then ended up deleting stuff that I needed. is there some way that I can use the other drive on startup.

What size disks have you got
    What OS are you using?
    empty these folders
    1. C:\Documents and Settings\""USERNAME""\Local Settings\Temp
    2. C:\Documents and Settings\""USERNAME""\temp
    3. C:\Documents and Settings\OSullJ17\Cookies
    3. Recycle Bin

you could boot off the other disk but would have to format it so loose all data

Spyware scan and AdAware etc find anything?

Check the size of your My Documents folder, you can change the location of the folder (eg onto another drive) by getting its properties and clicking the move button.

Burn some of the bigger files to DVD or CDRW.

I'd also suggest Right Clicking on your Hard-Drive/Partition and selecting "Properties".

Then go to "Tools" and "Error Checking". Click "Check Now" and enable both "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan and attempt to repair Bad Sectors".

You will most likely be asked to restart your PC so it can perform this operation. Do so. Depending on the size of the HDD and how bad off it is it could take awhile.

    Hope this helps...

Along with manually clearing the temp folders SC Disk Info will give you a break down of what folders are consuming the most space on your hard drive from which you can take appropriate action.

once you have enough space do a defrag to tidy things up
tweak UI is good for cleaning up basic stuff like temp file and registry.

Needs 10% of Disk space to defrag.

Everyone above has given enough ideas re deleting burning etc:
